She grew up surrounded by flavors and aromas, in a family environment where gastronomy was part of everyday life. Her mother owned a restaurant, and it was there that she discovered that cooking was much more than a task, it was a way of expressing love.
Originally from Venezuela and the daughter of Lebanese parents, she began her training in culinary arts, pastry, and baking in her home country. At the age of 14, she sold her first cake, a milestone that confirmed she was on the right path.
I worked in a field completely different from pastry, joining a luxury brand in the gold and jewelry sector. This experience played an important role in my personal and professional growth, helping me develop a strong sense of excellence, precision, and customer care, values that I apply daily in my atelier today.
My arrival in Portugal at just 19 years old marked the beginning of a new chapter. Between work and studies, I specialized in Culinary Arts and Pastry – Level 4, and later also pursued training as a certified instructor, starting early on to teach and share my knowledge.
At the beginning, without the ideal resources or equipment, I set up a small atelier at home where I began accepting orders. Although it was not yet my main profession, the dedication and passion were always present, and the cakes soon began to speak for themselves.
In January 2025, I fulfilled a long-standing dream by opening my Atelier in Fátima, a space designed to create, teach, and welcome clients. Today, I dedicate myself to creative and artisanal pastry, focusing on birthday cakes, wedding cakes, and specialized training.
The concept of the atelier moves away from traditional pastry shops:
no preservatives or industrial mixes are used. Each cake is made as if it were for my own family, using natural ingredients, with careful attention to flavor, visual balance, and an absolute commitment to quality.
More than simply producing cakes, the goal is to create memorable experiences where flavor, aesthetics, and emotion come together.
