The cosiest edition of the year is almost here!

We will prepare American-style cookies featuring flavours and aromas that are perfect for the colder months. Everything will be explained step by step, from preparing the doughs and fillings to the final presentation!

Recipes We Will Prepare:

Pumpkin spice and white chocolate cookie.
Caramelised apple and cinnamon cookie.
Orange, ginger and dark chocolate cookie.
Hazelnut and salted caramel cookie.
Cinnamon and oat crumble cookie.
Pear, milk chocolate and ginger cookie.
White chocolate and red berry cookie.
Other surprise flavour combinations!

Workshop Content:

How to prepare different cookie doughs and fillings.
Irresistible flavour combinations inspired by autumn and winter.
Storage and preservation techniques.
Presentation ideas to add value and make your products even more appealing.
Practical advice on costs and sales strategies for social media.

Samples of all the cookies prepared during the workshop. Everything made during the session will be divided among the participants to take home.
