Perfect Structure: Well-structured recipes specifically designed for tall cakes.
Naked Cake Art: Simple decoration techniques for Naked Cakes.
Storage & Preservation: Techniques for conserving cake layers and fillings.
Assembly Mastery: Professional techniques for filling and layering a cake.

Raspberry cake with toasted coconut brigadeiro.
Lime cake with mojito brigadeiro and red berries.
Coconut cake with piña colada brigadeiro.
Vanilla cake with peach and mascarpone brigadeiro.
Banoffee cake with dulce de leche brigadeiro and banana.
Flavored simple syrup
Signature Buttercream (exclusive recipe made with whipped cream)

Decoration Techniques:
Note: This workshop is highly focused on the creation of premium batters and fillings. The decoration process will be done via an expert live demonstration.
